OK. Do I need an athletic supporter to fix that? Seriously I've been running all over the mid-south so I'll take care of it as soon as I get to a campground- probably Top of Georgia sometime tomorrow. Coming in from west I-20. Any roads to avoid?
Had an "adventure" dumping at my last stop..
Ground was muddy and a/s tilted slightly towards the waste gates. Go to drain and virtually Nothing is moving. Hook up the water jet on the sewer solution and Still Nothing drains. O GOD, has some clown put marble in the SS? Wiggle the hose frantically... a few bubbles rise and a tiny bit drains. Roof vents clogged, or what? Finally hits me, sewer drain is higher than the hose connection. This could lead to a scene straight out of a Natiomal Lampoon movie....
I need to pump some air INTO the SS hose... or get the drain lower.. so I very gingerly pull the bottom of the hose loose from the drain fitting and jam the hose down the hole. NADA.
Air into the hose... How?... uh... unthinkable.
Wait ... the statue of liberty... and I Raise the bare naked hose over my head and behold a huge bubble of air entered the hose. Then faster than a speeding bullet I plunge the hose 2 feet deep in the drain and victory is mine... along wirh more than a few wisps of sewer gas.
Looking on the bright side you're often asked whether your cup os half full or half empty... To truly see the bright side on this one - I'm just glad my shoes are NEITHER half full nor half empty.
Today is a gift, that's why they call it the present.
