Neil,
As to which "yacht" to board on a balmy summer day, or any day for that matter, it's easy. We'll be boarding the land "yacht", no sea sickness pills required!
Yes, she was the last Monterey Clipper built in San Francisco. She was built by La Bruzzi in 1937, just steps away from she's currently berthed at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.
And, yes, she did spring a leak from almost thirty years of "deferred" maintenance, whereas you, we're sure, have always been meticullously maintained.
Best wishes to you and Lynn for a wonderful new year! We'll look forward to seeing you in April, at Casini, if not sooner. (We'll be bringing more pretentious cheese!)
