Lookin to Downsize

We have been looking to do a downsize trade on our 34 Excella. But havent had much luck. Like to find a coach in the 25'-28' range. I like the space in the 34', but the wife wants smaller, seems she just can't handle the 34' without me in the driver's seat. I did put an ad in the Forum classified, some prospective buyers, but so far no one interested in trading up, just dont like the idea of selling out and starting over looking for a smaller replacement. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated

Bates in Florida approached our group of 3 34' units while in a campground next door and wanted to make us a deal. He said that he was having a hard time getting used 34's and he had a market for them. It doesn't hurt to give him a call.
