You might check to see what the law is for vintage vehicles in Ohio.
In Texas we have a special plate for antique or cllisic autos which includes trailers.
Also I found a pristine 65 plate that says House Trailer on the designation.
The will let me swap out my current plate to use this as long as the plate passes inspection.
You COULD put the vintage plate on for a rally once you arrive

I seem to recall Ohio friends in the vintage club had found old ohio house vehicle plates of the same year as their trailer and were able to use them. Best check with local sources

First off, welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us.

The type of license tags that you are referring to is called YOM (year of manufacture) which allows you to use a license tag of the same year as your antique vehicle.

Try Ebay or ALPCA Online - Automobile License Plate Collectors Association for the tag that you are looking for.

historical= NOT for general transortation...for clubs,tours,or parades. This is off of the Ohio DMV site. Thanks for the input I'll check on the model year plates. My title is 1965 but the model is (J124 6 050) 1966.....corning glass.
