Its a silver. The comfort. The way it tows down the road. Looking in my side mirrors and seeing the silver beast following. Mornings with coffe and fresh air. Making our family closer. The hook up and the dis-embarking. Even the sadness of leaving a beautiful place we have never been. The backing in the driveway....pretty much everything,....especially the memories.
I love our Airstream because " t gives me something to always do... keeps me broke... helps me have, and learn to have patiences with my wife.... keeps our kids away so they don't get recruited to work on it..." Happy 4th and thank you to all our vets that make it possible.

That's a nice fantasy, kind of like the ads on tv that show the car-you-should-buy on roads with NO OTHER cars.
The reality is that we all contribute to traffic every time we tow our shiny Airstreams into the forests, mountains, etc. to get away from someone else's traffic... Happy 4th, ride your bike to the fireworks if your community is still having them!
