Importance of being in shape and AS restoration

I realized by the middle of last spring I was struggling with my 1960 restoration. I had energy, strength and flexibility a few years ago when I was restoring my 1973. A few years later and increasing from 176 lbs to 212 lbs proved to make restoration difficult. No flexibility, energy or strength and I was slowing down. This summer when I went to my property to work I realized how out of shape I became.

I have lost 16 lbs and I have been working out again. I am feeling the energy and desire to get this 1960 completed.

Been there done that. From 215 to 185 would like to go to 180. Makes a big difference.

I feel I am in great shape but 16 + hours on a ladder scraping caulk and other assorted sealants from my roof vent took a toll. Ouch!
But well worth it, it looks like new!!
