We are going to go by the factory on the way home from our trip out west to check it out and as it turns out have a few things looked at. Do you need to make an appointment far in advance or can you just stop in??

Dude. I am SO THERE!

Did you take the factory tour? How was it? I'm heading there tomorrow, plan to take the factory tour on Tuesday.

If you own an Airstream, you will appreciate it much more after you take the factory tour.

Don Ambos is the tour guide.

He was in the service office back in the early 70's.

Please say hi to him for me.

Thanks.

Andy

Factory store

Rumor has it that if you stay in the store and buy stuff for 2 hours, they will do your service work free.

Not a chance.
