Angry I give up with gas prices

I am just amazed at how in the past 7 - 10 days the price for regular gas has gone from $2.20 to $2.65 today.... with the odd station at $2.70. Diesel is almost $3.00 to over $3.00. It is not going to affect my travel plans... but geez, at this rate... $3.00 a gallon for regular or more is a sure bet by summer.

They say that whatever happens in the US eventually comes to the UK! I wish to God it was cheap petrol! $10 dollars a gallon and rising! To make it worse, some idiot at an oil plant in Essex put Sulpher in the unleaded instead of the diesel. It's fubar'd all the oxygen sensors on more than 20,000 cars!
The owners are claiming compensation from the suppliers, the suppliers are having to buy more oil to replace the shortfall and the (devils in suits) spot marketeers are putting the price up to cash in! Happy Days!
