Flying Cloud on MASH??

We were watching MASH this evening and there was a General on there that had an Airstream that looked like a Flying Cloud painted Army green. It had been mostly gutted on the inside and had a desk and some other tables and such. Didnt show much of the interior. It did have cute little green curtains though !
Cool I was just looking at all the smiley's, just noticed the "more" button . I use to be a Nuke worker!!!

Airstream Green

I saw that also. A few years ago I saw that episode and tried to look it up a couple times, with no luck. I thought I must have dreamed it. Then two weeks ago there it was on one of our local stations. It was definately mobile. I think the interior shots were staged but it was pretty cool anyway. The General was a field commander or something like that. His son had been wounded and was being treated at the 4077. The Gen/dad came to the mash complete with his Field Command Center, the Airstream. The son ended up dieing from an embolizum or something like that, the dad went back to commanding from his trailer without losing a beat. I would like to know what season this episode was from.
