Looking closely at the pictures there were old WBCCI numbers ending in 24 - and the skin looked like it had recently been polished - not mirror, but like the original brushed surface. I've seen the polishers in Helena Ohio do that kind of restoration.

I'm surprised that the windows weren't broken, perhaps they are lexan replacements. Other than having tanks that aren't shined, it looks like like a very well cared for unit.
