Countdown to camping season

Assuming campgrounds open the weekend before Memorial Day weekend, we've got 4 months, 3 weeks and 4 days. Can't wait to take my Argosy to a campground for the first time.

Ha! We are exactly six weeks from the camping season opener! We will leave New England around the 4th of February for some well deserved (at least I thing it is well deserved) time in FL. We too, can't wait.....
In fact I just came inside from working on my Airstream work list. Got to be ready and the weather is beautiful for working outside.

Camping season for us starts when the new trailer gets here, hopefully before the end of January, even it is just a local park to test it out.

I'm hoping to catch a rally this summer. Would love to meet some new folks and see some sweet trailers.

Since I was camping last weekend, I'm camping right now, and I've got another camping trip next weekend (all at different Mississippi State Parks), I have to ask, what exactly is this "camping season" of which you speak?

You don't need a season to go camping, just a location with no more cold and snow than you want to deal with.

We only stay home to do the holiday thing. Other than that we are gone camping.
