Christmas Goodies

What was your favorite Christmas Gift? Mary gave me a Garmin Nav. She mentioned something about helping me get some direction in my life. LJH

I got two pairs of ostrich dress boots, one blue (FINALLY!) and one saddle (light tan). I sorta gifted myself, but hey, it was Christmas-time.

I got Brad the TomTom One GPS you may have seen us talking about on another thread. (He got it early...)

I was really hoping for an Italian sports car, but I think the toilet was better than the other thing that goes from 0-150 in 2 seconds--bathroom scale.

The p/o of our trailer had it wired for phone in anticipation of retirement I guess. Next to the towel cabinet is one of those large wall mounting plates, so it was either take it out and leave holes or do something with it. So I asked for this:

Wife had been hinting (not too subtly) about a Nav System. I obliged as any good husband would.

I gave her a compass. She was not amused.

2 days after Christmas, we had a Garmin C340. I'm totally addicted to it. We're about 1/2 way through a 1000 mile trip and love it. We refer to the voice as Emmy (the british voice available). Hope you like yours.
