Cabinet repair in Bedroom

Returning home after a short camping spell I noticed the cabinet above the bed in our 32ft Excella had come loose and the pegs were showing on the far right. How do I repair this? Could I just hammer them back in after applying some glue?

The word "Pegs" does not relate to an Airstream.

It may not be related but there are wooden pegs on the cabinet that point up and are used to secure the cabinet. I suspect rough roads worked them lose. Any help would be appreciated

Pictures? You are loosing people with the word "pegs". Staples, screws and rivets hold Airstreams together in my limited experience.
