Barn find Argosy

First off I have no financial interest in this trailer.

My nieghbor inherited a 78 Argosy 6 metre.

It is a time capsule! The interior is original and perfect. All the tambour door thingys work flawlessly. The cabinatry and countertops are unmarred. It has all the original upholstry, carpet (burnt Orange.) and everything in this unit works. No leaks anywhere inside or out or bad smells and she has all the original manuels and paperwork. Clearly the Aunt and Uncle took very good care of it. This thing does not even need a scrubbing, a cleaning will do.

Her Aunt and Uncle bought it new and it's gone a lot of places but lived in Calif. its whole life.

It needs a new axle and the valves on the orig aluminum propane tanks upgraded. Also the exterior paint is wearing out.

She wants to sell it and is asking $6,000.00 I told her to post it in our classifieds so if your looking for an orig. Argosy keep checking Airforums classifieds.

She said they would deliver it in the Western U.S. as they would hook it on the back of their Moho and have an excuse for a vacation.
I'd rather be boon docking in the desert.

Yes, we have courtesy parking for you. About an hour North of Los Angeles.
