Not really a recipe…
I sometimes add bacon bits to Jambalaya. There's no real recipe, because I'm not a real cook, just a bachelor who has to feed himself.
I buy a box of Zatarain's Jambalaya mix (usually the Spicy variety) and make it in a rice cooker, as follows…
Pour a teaspoon to a tablespoon of olive oil in the cooker (I don't measure, just splash it in).
Add a can of Hormel white meat chicken, which is already broken up into bite-sized pieces.
Add a bag of Hormel Italian Sausage pieces.
Add a bag of Hormel or Oscar Beyer real bacon bits.
Add the Zatarain's mix on top.
Add enough water to completely cover the ingredients by about an inch. Again I don't measure, just eyeball it; the rice cooker doesn't care.
Stir.
Turn on the rice cooker, set it for "White Rice" and come back in about an hour when it's done. The cooker automatically shuts off and goes into "reheat" mode when it's done, so if I'm not paying attention and let it go a bit too long no harm done— I'm sure a bachelor invented the rice cooker!
If the jambalaya is not spicy enough, add Tabasco sauce and stir. Should be spicy enough to clear your sinuses, but not spicy enough to peel paint.
This "recipe" makes about 8 cups, enough for a potluck dinner. In fact, ever since Canopener 2015, when someone suggested that I should have made something New Orleans style instead of what I did bring, jambalaya has become my preferred potluck offering. It was a hit at the VAC potluck dinner during the WBCCI 2015 International at Farmington, even though I made it milder than usual and I forgot the bacon bits that time.

I would call that a heart attack on a plate, Channing.
Somewhere here is something called Bacon Explosion....or something similar.
For me.....good quality, thick sliced bacon, cooked well done and crispy.

It's the original "mystery meat"!
I looked at the website for bacon-flavored spam, just to see:

There's stuff in there that I don't consider meat— "Modified potato starch"? Really?

Once you get past the pull tab lid and the gellatenous stuff at the top, it tastes just like bacon after its fried!
I eat pretty healthily, I have room for something a little bad in my diet!

This is for real. Not meant to be snarky. This is husband's perspective. He's always telling me that the meals I make would be great..if I added bacon.
The Only Bacon Recipe You'll Ever Need

I don't have any recipes for you but it reminds me of a little sign I recently saw.
"Either you love bacon or you're Wrong".
