Airstream Art
I was at the 5th street farmers market today for the first time. Near downtown Sacramento. after I picked up some fruits and veggies, I decided that I would take the dog for a walk across the street at the park. On the trail I came across this piece of artwork. So I thought I would share. Sorry for the low quality shot, the only type of camera I had was on my phone.
The rear engines lighted up like it was flying throught the air.Turbines on the underside turned in the wind. There is a allien standing at the front door and another driving. Enjoy

That's at Southside Park, by local artist Joe Scarpa.
Was once a roadworthy AS...now only aliens use it for travel.

That's a Silver Streak not an Airstream and do you have any idea how valuable it would be? Hope that artist has a good reputation and has actually increased the value...
I will keep my MFA in the drawer and not comment on the Artistic value.
