500th POST

WOW!!

I just looked at my ID block and noticed that I just passed 500 posts. Either I'm spending too much time on these forums , I really enjoy communing with fellow Airstreamers, or I have a VERY serious case of aluminitis (which I understand has no cure!!!). Sounds like all of the above!!!

Now being a 'Rivet Master' it sort of goes along with all of the other 'Master' qualifications that I have.....like Master RV Tech, Master Goldsmith (I've been making custom jewelry for 31 years!) and Master's Degree in Engineering.

Anyway, it's been fun helping out other forum members by sharing what I know about RV components and their operation.

Just wanted to say THANKS and I'll keep posting whenever I can make a contribution .

Congratulations Lew. 500 is quite intimidating when I look at my 18 or so.

Anyhow, as far as the aluminitis goes, I'd just try some simple ointments. If that doesn't work for you I heard there are a team of doctors that work for Alcoa just for the tough ones.

All kidding aside you seem to be quite a wealth of knowledge and contribute greatly here. On top of that you have one of nicest set-ups I've ever seen. Your tow vehicle with your trailer are AWESOME!
