1976 Overlander 27 paint details

I am restoring my 1976 Overlander and I want to repaint the side logo plates (red, white, and blue International name plate), the hub cap centers, which have faded completely away, the AIRSTREAM cast letters on the front and rear, and the "Land yacht/Overlander" name plate mounted to the right of the door.

As I said, most of the original paint has faded away, especially on the hub caps, and I want to paint them back correctly. Does anyone have close up pictures showing the correct color schemes for these items? And, the correct colors to be used? Thanks.

I used Rustoleum spray paint for my logos and emblems. There is some variance of opinion on the color of blue to go with. I went with Sail Blue. I'm pretty pleased with the appearance and look.

The technique is pretty simple. Lots of painters tape and painter plastic. For the lettering I used a thin coat of Vaseline.

Mike, Wow - that looks great! I appreciate the pictures and the vasoline tip. I was wondering how I was going to cut in around all of those tiny letters without getting too much paint on the chrome top.

Thanks. I am still looking for the hubcap colors if anyone out there has those to show me.
