The claim is that this is the only side door known. I doubt that. I am pretty sure I have seen photos of one or two other side door Airlights (but they didn't have windows in the sides of the end caps like this one). This Airlight is still is a very rare trailer in any case and the condition does look very nice in the photos.
And while it is perhaps less "unique" without the rear door, it is more usable with the side door, so to me this version would be more desireable. Others opinions on that will differ, I'm sure. Some may prefer the quirkiness of a rear door.
