Looks too good to me. That price for that trailer? If it were close by I would go and look at it. This one is worth watching just to see what happens.

I'd be concerned about the stated weight. With all that new woodwork, on the old pipe frame....I doubt it actually weighs in at 2200#s. I'd be surprised if it's under 3000#s especially with toilet & hot water heater. OTOH, does it have any appliances? Not listed or shown...hmmmm ~

Looks nice though...somebody, go check it out!
