1,000th post, I guess I'm hooked!

I got interested in Airstreams this past August, had my 31’ in my driveway the beginning of September, had it gutted by the end of that month.

So to say that I’ve, make that we’ve, have to include Cathy, gotten into this hook line and sinker is an understatement.

I’m not certain I would have ripped into this renovation had it not been for this forum, so thanks to all for the advise received.

We hit the road on our first trip Jan 2nd and have just returned from our second trip accruing 8,000 so far this year.

Additionally we have made many new friends on these trips.

At the rate we’re going like to the Springstream rally in April, Metro NY in June and more than likely Yellowstone this summer we may hit 20,000 miles.

Congratulations, Bob, on your millennium of posts. I've got to say, you are one of those wonderful people that has grabbed your Airstream by the aluminum horns let nothing stand in your way. BRAVO! It will be good to see you again at the Springstream.

Bob (and Cathy) - hitting 1,000 posts is a milestone. The next one is 1,000 nights camping in your Airstream. You are enjoying the efforts of your hard work the way many of us also hope to do. Enjoy the journey and who knows when paths will cross on the open roads....
