Which Airstream to Buy

We're looking for a gas powered Airstream, probably in the 2000/2006 vintage, no longer than 30'. Would appreciate advice on which model handles better--the 26'er or the 30'er. I see that the 30'er has a longer wheelbase(190") vs the 26'er(158") but it looks like the overhang on the 30'er is considerably more. We are very familiar with the P32 chassis, having once owned a 28' Barth on a P32 chassis that had a 198" wheelbase. Handled very well. Thanks

I have a 2000 landyacht 30' and would advise avoiding that year. It was a changeover year and we are always caught in parts hell. Others know much more than I.
