Voice activated head set

Can anyone suggest a reliable voice activated headset for driver and second person to communicate when backing or tight spaces.
Thanks.

I have not used these but some of the FRS (family radio service) radios have VOX (voice activated) headsets. Here is a pair I found on Amazon with some other nice features like weather radio, etc.

Midland - GXT1000VP4, 50 Channel GMRS Two-Way Radio - Up to 36 Mile Range Walkie Talkie, 142 Privacy Codes, Waterproof, NOAA Weather Scan + Alert (Pair Pack) (Black/Silver) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001WMFYH4..._7Q-ECbGTH0YNH

Only works where you have accessible cell phone service. Other 'real' radio services like FRS will work short-range darn near anywhere.

Me, I use low power handheld Ham Radio VHF or UHF radios for short-range stuff that does not need a cell phone tower infrastructure.

For world-wide communications, 100 watt HF radio hardware built into the Airstream...

If you've got a wifi router, you can use voice over wifi (even without provider signal). It does take some figuring out, but I mention it because it saves you from having to have another device when you likely already have phones.
