Camping World has an internet sale on till today 7/28 on Fantastic Vents. Drove to take a look inperson rather than from a catalog.

The guy recommended the Maxx Air Fan over the Fantastic. I would still put a Maxx Air over the Fantastic so why not just go with Maxx. On the other hand I was told customer service with Fantastic is excellent. You need a part, call them, and they send it out.

Looking for opinions whit I do further research.
Thanks

Check out the Fantastic fan website:

FanTastic Vent - Home Page

They make specific models for Airstream the fit the curved roof and ceiling.

We just started cleaning and exploring our 73 safari. I took apart all the light covers and found the forward vent fan. Forward ceiling Fan works and I got it pretty clean. The plastic part on the top part is decomposing and cracked. The vent doesn't go up like the others. Is it supposed to? Do I replace the whole top or can I just replace the plastic? Need to order it very soon ...getting foot surgery....will be gimpy for months.
