Question Newbie needs help with broken horn

I have my father in law's 92 Airstream with a needs to be inspected, but the horn is out of commission. A mechanic that's working on it (or not working on it as is the case) cannot find the fuse panel to help diagnose the problem.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sound Off

Do you have the roof mounted horns?
Find 12v supply to horns and check for voltage while someone blows horn.

If no voltage, check relay and fuse.
Fuse box is in glove box behind a 4" x 4" removable plastic panel on the far left.
Held in place with velcro.

If you get voltage, replace horn/s
Found a set of marine horns that fit and sound great.
All S/S too!

All this info applys to a '89 345, possably the same, maybe different.
This lawyer talk is so unnessary, but someone will always jump in.

Also, they get gummed up with bugs and road debris. I cleaned my electrics out and got them working again. But - I'm with klattu, air/electrics replacements are much better and usually cheaper than the diagnostic bill. I think I bought a set from Camping World for $100.
