Yup, probably me. This ain't my first AS or my first Rodeo either! In fact, this is AS #3 and RV #12. Second Classic refurb too. This one's a bit more challenging due to my age and the condition of the Silver Queen. I will overcome in the end though.

It would probably qualify as a red-neck motor home here in the U.S.

Well isn't that...... special.
The 3rd axle is just a tag axle, I guess?

Yes, she is "special".
Built by and for a disabled Engineer, and yes, the rear is a "tag axle" at the moment, but its a full Dana 70, and I am working on making it driven too.
I have owned her longer than my 345, but she has a special function.... Backcountry/wilderness camping in style!

I'm glad to hear the nice comments about AS MH's. I, too, felt a little awkward when I first became a member of the AS family back in 2007.
Just the other day I saw photo's of someone's trip to Florida. They included photos of a bunch of Airstreams in a park. I was happy to see a good number of AS MH's parked throughout the grouping.
Now that AS no longer makes MH's, and knowing that there were only about 60 of my style made in 2005, I feel fortunate to have such a beautiful unit. Someday, it too will be a collector's item. It runs like a top and has many of the fine features that AS has come to be known for.
Like many other AS owners, I enjoy using it and taking care of it very much.

Yes, the Argosy is a beautiful thing. However, the Land Yacht is awesome, also.
