Insurance for our very first Trailer-Airstream Sport 22'

We are in the process of getting our very first travel trailer-a 2019 Airstream SPORT 22'. We have never done RV'ing or trailering before. It's all new to us. Obviously we are sooooooo excited! It's been a dream come true. sWe bought a used Toyota Tacoma back in the spring and have been taking our time looking for what we felt we could afford and whether we wanted to go with an RV or a trailer.
Our decision was made earlier this week! FINALLY, after many months of deliberation we made our decision. We are now researching insurance for it. Any suggestions? I have gotten two quotes; one from Nationwide and one from Good Sam-National General is the co. they quoted a price from.
Anyone have any suggestions or pitfalls we should avoid?
Thank you!

You can get full replacement value insurance from Foremost, owned by Farmers. Your purchase receipt value will be good for three years before you'll need to get it appraised for further coverage.

Hi

There are several odd places that your policies will overlap. In some cases the homeowners policy covers this or that. In other cases the auto policy covers something. You can go for different policies from different outfits for each item you own. Over the years I've found it easier when they all were with the same outfit. Much less pointing fingers at each other ....

The OP is certainly more likely to get an appropriate answer if it were moved to a more appropriate section!

I have said before, we need a sticky on the portal that gives some guidance for new posters, for example explaining the different areas of the forum, how to reply to the previous post, how to start a new thread, how to post pictures, etc.
