I have a A-37, 2006 that I bought new in May 2006 and have been using it for the past two plus years. I have put over 30,000 miles on it in that time. My wife and I love the coach and the all electric feature was one of the selling points. I don't like propane tanks in a highway vehicle. The difference between the A-37 and the A-39 is simply two feet added, mostly in the bedroom clothes storage area. The coach comes with a 12 KW generator, 3100 W inverter, and 4, 4D lifeline AGM batteries. Total amp hours of the battery pack is 800. The batteries and inverter will handle the normal house loads. However in order to operate the A/C, cooktop, and microwave you must be connected to shore power or have the generator running. The aqua-hot system normally runs on diesel or shore power. The diesel is much faster and will keep up with hot water demands like showers. The shore power is slower but will work. The system handles both hot water and heating. The coach comes with a 400 HP Cummins that does well on the hills. It also has a real engine brake not an exhaust brake It is more powerful than the exhaust brake.
