I got a replacement AC control for my 86 from a Chrysler dealer. It was used in Chrysler vehicles of the same vintage. As for the passenger side panel I don't have any suggestions.

I bought a NOS unit in a online store for my 84 Excella a few years ago. I dont have the info any longer.
I did a google search for something like; mopar push button heater vent control panel in the search terms. Then I selected images and eventually I came across a match.
Be aware that there are different configurations for the vacuum, mechanical and electrical hookups on the back.
A quick search showed this thread:

Jim, you'll probably find the part on this page. Pricey and I know they can be found in junkyards for a LOT less than ACME Air is asking.

Best bet it to start browsing ebay for Chrysler or a dodge 86 van for heater or ac controls. You'll eventually find one that way.
