Hydro Flame

We have a Hydro Flame 8500 111 furnace. Sometimes it comes on and sometimes not at all. Blower motor will activate for about 15 seconds(we know this is normal for clearing) and then when the heat comes on it goes off. After several attempts it does come on but we never know. Could it be the DSI booard?

It's possible it could be the ignition piece itself or the board would be my guess.
