Getting ready for our first trip this year

Got the ole LY prepped and ready for her first outage this year. Heading to Road Atlanta for the Grand-AM races with reserved RV tickets in hand. Plan to boondock from Thursday to Sunday morning. Can't really call it "roughing it" since I'll be in the LY with all her amenities. Good AC, heat, SAT (Dish Network Tailgater), Blu-rey, surround sound, Beer and other assorted ### beverages, steaks, shrimp and barbeque. They may even have a race at the event.

Anyone else plan to attend?

Your trip

You have said it well, there is nothing better than having to do nothing. If a race breaks out, that will be a bonus. Have Fun and Be Safe!

In the immortal words of Robert Heinlein, science fiction author and world-renowned layabout: "The fun in doing nothing doesn't come from having nothing to do. It comes from having something to do, and not doing it."

So, if you're headed out on a trip, always leave a home chore undone. That way, you can say to yourself, and anyone else who will listen, "You know, I should be home mowing my grass/painting the garage/etc., but instead, I'm here having fun."
