98 30’ land yacht maybe

Hi All OK so I’ve always been just a older trailer airstreamer. Bought and sold and renovated several over the years. Currently considering and close to buying a limited trailer but while searching for a trailer this motorhome has recently caught my eye. However fish out of water as they say - I know nothing of the motorhome line. Would appreciate any insight and advice on this such unit 1998 30’ with 192,000 on it. I don’t know a lot about it yet. Other than he says it’s on a GM workhorse chassis. So other than the obvious things like water leaks or general condition I’m more worried about the mechanics of such a unit. let me have it.

Fuel pump is in the gas tank. It will fail. Run tank empty, use a sizzors jack to drop tank, and replace pump. Replace fuel lines while there.

Black tank will likely have a mound of poo and wipes in it. Discharge is a horizontal run before a couple turns to out. Worse case disassemble discharge plumbing. Panel unscrews. Unbolt gate valves. Blast away with high pressure. Snaking a hose rigged for high pressure thru the discharge plumbing don't work well due to bends. And the wad of wipes that never dissolves is gonna get stuck anyway. Drive a nail at an angle into a lengthy dowl to dig that out.
Miss my old aluminum body motorhome. Black dump was direct. Better thoughtful design.
