'86 345 dash lights

Hi! I am in need of replacing some of the small bulbs used in the lighting of the guages in the dash of a 345. They are not available at any of the auto supply stores and would I be better off to try and refit with a more accessable bulb type?Pete

No! It is a small tube looking bulb with a wire coming out at each end of the tube.

Try any marine store, such as West marine !!! They are quite common in the Boating Industry !!!

I think I know what you are looking for. It is almost like a neon light, often used in rope lights. They are very small, and apart from totally removing the panel, see no way of replaceing.

As a note, I found that they are generally bomb proof, and a failure is just a poor solder joint.
Hope this helps
