New to Bambi World

Hi everyone, We are new to the Airstream world with a purchase of a 1963 Bambi Land yachet. We've had other trailers. This one is in need of repaire, as it seems most do, and we are working hard to restore it. I had written about under the goucho support some time back and Mrs. NorCal suggested that I post pictures. Well, I'm new to all that too so it's been awhile getting that done. I think we have the problem solved, but any imput would be appreciated. Thanks, this is fun. Bubbles

Congrats on yoru project, and glad to see you're still calling it "Fun"...

Two sugestions..

1. Practice and practice using the "search" tab above... Type in one or two interesting Bambi words and see what you can find.. Thousands of interesting messages on subjects you haven't come to yet...

2. Consider trying to contact Shari the Moderator who is active with Colorado group of Vintage Airstream owners.. You'll discover a lot of others in your area trying to have fun doing what you're starting to do...

In Theory, there's no difference between Theory and Practice, but in Practice, there is usually a difference...

We're still at the redoing thing. We are now looking for a goose neck lamp for the inside wall above the goucho. Any ideas where we might find something like that?
