grey tanks for a Bambi

I have a California Bambi. Want to install a grey water tank over the axle area, between the frame rails. It would hook up to kitchen sink and shower drain. First, before I take off the underskin does it have a 4"frame? Second, I would like any dimensions of any custom tank someone has made for the same purpose and any advice on how to do this project-how tank was vented, connected to drain etc.
I installed a new Thetford lav and the lid hits the curve of the wall and will not open completely. Anyone run into this problem?

The frame can be measured where it comes out the front or back. It stays the same from front to back, most likely 3".
