If you run through this thread, I think there was some advise on how to get a title from an out of state company. I don't have time to go through the whole thing, but I think it was there:

FYI it took an afternoon to do myself in Texas...
1) Goto DMV and get Bonded Title Form
2) Obtain Surety Bond
3) Pay Title fees at Tax Office

The problem is that some states won't title something that old. If it is over like 25 yrs old here in AL they don't require anything but a bill of sale and a copy of the registration. I mean with those kinds of laws steeling stuff is easy. That 69 Camaro over there is mine see I have a bill of sale I typed and signed myself and the registration was in the glove box.

Every state has different laws about TT titles. Here is a link to the West Virginia DMV home of the OP: Travel Trailer Title in West Virginia at The Unofficial DMV Guide

Do you know what a learning experience is? A learning experience is one of those things that says "You know that thing that you just did? Don't do that."
