What's the right thermostat to use?

I'm at the point I need to install a thermostat and am in a quandary as to which to use, 180 or 195 in my 454 powered Argosy?

I've always used 180 thermostats on the 454 but I've ready in various places that 195 is what should be used.

So what's your preference and why?

Thanks!

Brad

Found the answer to my question.

The guy doing my TBI tuning said it's just fine to use the 180 degree thermostat. He said the VE tables will be tuned so the 180 engine temperature will be compensated for as if the engine was using a 195 degree thermostat.

I'll be using the 180 thermostat
