Starting battery configuration

I have a 1999 cutter Diesel Pusher with three batteries in the rear for starting how do I hook those up correctly to each other

Assuming it's a 36V starter system so the batteries would be connected in series with the negative terminal connected to the next batteries positive terminal and so on. Just make sure you get the last negative connected to the frame ground and the first battery positive connected to the starter solenoid. This assumes that the batteries are 12V batteries and your system requires a 36V starting voltage.
