I'd be surprised if you found an exact replacement but any generic one will work if you can find a way to mount it.

Good luck, Dan

I think you can find what you need at Millsupply.com in the Step Van Catalog.

Best supply of cheap chassis parts for P30's.

Overflow bottle

Inland RV keeps them is stock. You do have to drill holes and install the dash light sensors if you have them.

Replace...or Repair

I'm cheap (Scottish heritage) so I figured I would try to repair my cracked overflow bottle. If it worked I'm ahead of the game and if it doesn't, I'm no further behind. I cleaned it up then heated a knife with a blowtorch. Then CAREFULLY melt the crack with the hot knife and let it become solid again. It's been five years and about ten thousand miles since I repaired it. So far so good!

I used a generic one from Advance Auto that had a wire mounting catge. I was able to bend the wire cage to match the existing mounting points.

Works fine.

The bottle isn't exactly cracked...it's one of the mounting ears at the top of the bottle. The plastic got so brittle that the passenger side ear snapped off, and now it's just hanging there all lopsided. Making a mesh cage for it is an EXCELLENT idea!
