Question Need repair parts for 1996 Cutter bus

Just signed on the forum as a new member and feel fortunate to have found this forum! I recently purchased a 1996 Cutter Bus from some friends who had the misfortune of an under the hood fire due to a mouse nest from the winter, which burned the wiring harness, shroud and other items. It has a 1996 Ford 460 gasoline engine and I am finding it near impossible to find the various repair parts to restore? Does anyone have a contact or service center where these parts are readily available? I am trying diligently to get it back on the road for Nascar and Kentucky Wildcats sports!

Have you tried common RV shops? It would seem that a Ford 460 powerplant in an RV is a pretty common thing?

Thanks! New to the game but learn fast! Any and all help is welcome? In our local rural area it has not been productive? Ford dealer did ask $1200 for part of the engine wiring harness only but said most of the parts they did not offer! Not much help but lots of money! Looking for options!
