Fixing an incredibly rough ride and lane wandering on a 2002 396XL

Last April I had my 2002 LandYacht 396XL motorhome serviced by Freightliner and an Airstream dealer prior to driving from Pennsylvania to Missouri and back. Although the trip was 98% interstate driving, it was an incredibly rough ride and the passing big rigs practically blew me out of my lane. When I returned, I saw an advertisement in FMC Magazine from a company in either Indiana or Wisconsin that claimed to eliminate the issue for $5,000-$6,000 and we discussed my stopping by this April when I repeat the trip.

Now, I can't find the name of the company and haven't seen another ad. All I know is that the company was situated next to a major interstate highway in Indiana or Wisconsin and claimed that although a portion of its business was by appointment, many RVers saw their sign and pulled over, spur-of-the-moment, to fix the problem.

Does anyone have any idea of the name of the company? Thank you for any suggestions.

I don’t know about the company in Indiana but I had my XL390 SkyDeck enhanced by Henderson Alignment in Grand Pass OR. I loved how they did it and the results. Yes it is a long way out there. I met the owner in AZ and decided on the spot to drive up there to get it correctly evaluated and then modified. The are also the people who designed and manufacture the super-steer.
This years International Rally is in Salem OR so another good reason for the trip in the north-west.

SuperSteer/Henderson parts. I had horrible wander, semis blowing me all over, etc. I replaced damper, upper n lower ball joints, bell cranks, tie rod assemblies, alignment. Soooo much better and relaxing to drive now....the difference is night n day. No longer white knuckled when being passed or meeting a semi on the road. Rarely notice little or any push or pull. Totally worth the expense IMO.

When you say rough ride....do you mean at all speeds or a shaking of the steering wheel or an up / down in the suspension ???
