classic MH - upper control arm question

guys I am looking upgrade most of my front end and steering parts.

In looking at upper ball joints and even new upper control arms that come complete with new balljoint and shaft/bushings.....

...they list these front end parts for my 1990 P30 with with rear DRUMS....

Just wondering if anyone can help me understand what would be different on the front upper control arm on a P30 that had rear DRUMS vs rear disc brakes?

thanks in advance.
