Broken Shock Bracket on Lower Control Arm

1983 Airstream 310 Motor Home: I think the front passenger side shock must have froze, or else there was one large pothole I never saw.

Now I'm looking for a lower control arm -- the shock bracket broke in two and broke off the control arm.

I've found on listed for 'all' P30 chassis but it says they are for vehicles with front disk and rear drum brakes. I haven't found anything for RV's.

Anyone know of a parts source for something like this?

Thanks!

Of course I haven't seen it, but wouldn't it be easier to just weld it back together?

The bracket is broken in two as well as broken off the arm; I'll ask the shop if they would do this. Hate to let anyone get too close to the air bags with a torch, and also I wonder if there's an issue about welding on a piece that might be tempered. Thanks for you suggestion--I will follow up on that option.

Try Millsupply.com and the step van catalog. They've been a great resource for all things P30.

That was easy...

Guess I was a worry wort. The suspension guy said he could just weld it back on, and I was out $25 and on the road half an hour later.

A lot less of a problem than I thought, and shows how important it is to ask for advice!
