I just completed a trip from California to Oklahoma in my '86 345. Now I have noticed that the passenger side tag axle is pretty severely angled. \ (see attached image). The drivers side is slightly angled as well. / The wheel spins true and the bearings seem fine. The torsion arm appears to be bent. I made sure the air bags were fully inflated the whole time. It was loaded and pretty heavy. I took it to a medium duty trailer place and they wouldn't even look at something that old. They seemed to have never seen a 10 lug trailer axle. What are my options? Replace the torsion arms? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
A heavy truck alignment shop can bend it back into alignment but you may find it difficult to find a shop to actually work on it because of liability issues. It's just not something they see everyday.

It either got bent from being towed or it is just fagged out, a good body shop should be able to straighten it. Does the spindle feel loose? Worst case replacement.....around $3,000.00, Regards, Bob
