Curious if any owners have done upgrades to the suspension, i.e., larger sway bar, different front shocks..? Trying my best to minimize the tremendous amount of sway I get when passed or caught in turbulent wake by a box van or tractor trailer. I know that some is inevitable but jeesh...
We are in our first full camping season in our Atlas - so far we are just going to see how it goes before changing anything significant. In Washington we have a lot of cross winds in the central part of the state and I have had the “crosswind alert” appear on the Mercedes dialog box on several occasions so far this season.
What are you thinking of doing - and more importantly - who or where would you have something done.
Been looking at these. They make sense to me. Checking out if they can be tuned to the Atlas. Seems like a reasonable solution if they can help minimize the sway.
