1999 35' Cutter Diesel Bus w/slide

I am considering buying a 99 model cutter diesel pusher. I have never owned a mh. Cat engine with 80 k miles. Diesel generator 563 hours. Price 30 k. Please help. I’m concerned about generator not sliding out for service. Coach is in good condition for its age please give advice
