Contact Chuckles on the forums. He can source these and might even do the conversion for you. He services several UK Motorhomes. Remember you need to continue to run most appliances off the 110 so you are looking at a transformer. You then need a separate ring main to give you 240 wall sockets. I know it's bleeding obvious but don't mess with electrics unless you know what you are doing.

Airstreams in the country

You lads are bloody dedicated running Airstreams in old blighty. I don't think I would be able to breath driving my 345 on an English road. Filling up must be quite a challenge too!
Good luck with the electrical conversion.
have a pint for me. I cant.
All the best,Cheers! Rich.
