New Airstream Owner
Hello,
My wife and I are the new owners of a 2021 Airstream Interstate 24GT. It looks, smells, and runs like brand new, and only had 12,000 miles on it. Got a great deal on it at a dealer. It was worth it for me to travel 1,000 miles to go pick it up.
This is our fifth RV in the last 25 years. We started out with a 28' travel trailer, then a 31' Forest River Sunseeker Class C, then a 36' Tiffin Allegro Class A, then a 35' Dynamax Dynaquest 34XL Super C, and now the Airstream Interstate. Every time we buy an RV, I tell myself, "This is the one. We're going to keep it forever!"
We decided to downsize from the Super C mainly because my wife and I are soon to be empty nesters. Our teenage boys are at the point where they don't want to travel with us anymore. We also want to be more nimble/agile, and be able to travel to and camp in places where we could not have in any of our previous RVs.
We look forward to the "van life" and traveling around this beautiful country.
