when we moved to Mississippi, we did find a house where we could keep Jellybean III at the house with us. After two years ofher being at storage, it is wierd to have it at the house! Unfortunatly, I have spent the first 6 weeks fixing the house. Maybe soon I'l get the the MH. There is no oficial HOA but there are some restrictive covenents although vaguely worded. No specific prohibition to RV's just trucks over 3/4 ton. There is a TT, 5'ers and MH in the subdivision.
Welcome to the club!! It makes it much easier to do the weekend thing when it is right there to get it ready on Thursday or Friday before pulling out. OK, fess up, that is the real reason you moved to Jackson, you just had to look that far away to find a house that you could park at Congrats! The house looks good too!

Must be nice, so tired of our neighborhood assoc. getting thier panties in a twist every time I have it home for a few days. About ready to move just so I can have a place to park the rig without all the hassles.
Congrats Fred! I know you will enjoy having access so close. It makes the little upkeep projects so much easier to deal with.
Hope you enjoy the new house as well.
