MH Owner Listing Idea
What about a page/table on my site listing year and model and the AirstreamForums ID? I would have a link to this site where they would have to PM the owner. My site could not be 'farmed' for e-mail addresses and we'd route traffic here. Any thoughts?

Owner info , with a PM link to Airstreamforums... Sure sign me up.
I would be reluctant to post VIN or SN as it could lead to some undesirable conact (i.e. someone who lost the MH in a divorce or repo, finding out who has it now and harrassing the currrent owner).
I would be happy to answer questions for other owners. Of course they would have to become members here to PM us.
I think you could earn some brownie points from AndyR

I'll second that. These are getting pretty old, few and far between (by Michigan law, mine was an antique 3 years ago). Would be nice to find similar models owner's and share solutions, improvements, etc.

Agree with idea, sans VIN and S/N as previously suggested.
PM contact info from controller only. I have previously asked if there was any listing of Model, Year, etc for all of the motor homes of members of this forum.

You can put me down for the 79's.
I did that before for the Avion Motorhome I used to own. I still get e-mails.

Now that takes the thread in a new direction......gives new meaning to making it across country and back...
If anyone wants to be added to my owners list, just e-mail, PM, or respond to this post and I'll put your Forums ID up with the year and model. It would help for diesel owners to note that since there are many questions on that subject. This applies to ALL AS MH's new and old!

Motorhomes and trailers
We have two of the beauties--'92 motorhome classic 30' purchased from original owners--Warren & Dot Weinstock and a '75 Souvereign 31' trailer from the original owners. How can I add the other one to my member posting?
Thanks
Alice

Alice,
You should be able to go into the user control panel by clicking on the user cp button on the top of this page. Then edit your profile. There is a spot three quarters of the way down to add additional airstreams into #2 and #3.
Hope this helps.

As of this post, the owner listing is up to date! The ID's are now links to Airstreamforums with the user's referral ID. Thanks!

Guess I'm in too! 1983 310 and 1979 Excella 24'. The Excella is
my main rig at the moment and I am restoring the 310 just about everything on this rig is not working with exception of the drive train. It also has Banks power pak wow what a difference that makes the 310 will out run the Excella but everything works on
the 79

Re: MH Owner Listing Idea
Fred
We have a 82 310 Turbo that we repowered with a 5.9 Cummins and have put about 10000 miles on it since the implant. It works very well. Decent mileage and lots of power. I am sure that the Isuzu is adequate but the cummins really works. Joe
